Generally, our focus surrounds properties where the associated value is:

• Predominantly derived from conventional oil and gas reserves,

• Located onshore and above inland waters, and

• Producing from horizons above 10,000’ GL
  

  Although our efforts are centered on properties that are conveyed with operations, we often acquire non-operated working interests positions as well as producing mineral positions under the care of like-minded management
